Our product are made in small batches  Please allow a 7-10 business days to process your orders. This is NOT counting weekends 

Our no-refund policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity. We encourage customers to double-check before completing their orders to avoid any issues. 

**Order Cancellation:**
Orders can be canceled if they have not been processed. Once fulfilled, no cancellations or changes are allowed.

**Failure to Deliver/Stolen Packages:**
For lost items, contact the delivery carrier’s customer service. Stolen items cannot be replaced, and please check your shipping address. If it is incorrect, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Items That Are Damaged 
If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In order to process any claims, we may need to obtain photographic evidence or additional information.

**Pre-orders:**
A pre-order is the purchase of an item before it’s available, with delivery later. Processing may take days or weeks.
